Throughout the day, participants will engage in:

• Corporate Worship — Grounding our time together in prayer and praise
• Reflective Practice — Guided opportunities for personal reflection
• Sacred Silence — Space to breathe, listen, and be present with God
• Spiritual Direction — Optional one-on-one conversations with a spiritual director

Each retreat day follows the same rhythm while exploring a different spiritual practice:

• Wednesday, July 8 — Presence
• Wednesday, September 21 — Listening
• Wednesday, January 27 — Asking
• Wednesday, April 21 — Discernment
